Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Great Location Rentals. By using our platform to request and/or offer short-term accommodations, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Terms

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the host.

  • Minimum stay requirements may apply and are stated on each listing.

  • Prices include accommodation charges, cleaning fees, and applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
     

2. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests agree to treat the property with care and respect at all times.

  • Any damage caused must be reported immediately. Repair costs may be charged to the guest.

  • Noise levels should be kept reasonable, especially during quiet hours (10pm–7am).

  • Guests must confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions during the booking process.
     

3. Host Responsibilities

  • Hosts are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and accurate listing.

  • Hosts must provide entry instructions and be available for communication during the guest’s stay.

  • Hosts may cancel a booking only in extenuating circumstances, with proper notice and communication.
     

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may incur a 50% charge, depending on the listing's policy.

  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable unless caused by an emergency.
     

5. Insurance

  • Hosts are encouraged to maintain homeowner or rental insurance that includes liability coverage.

  • Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations and personal property.
     

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes should be reported to Great Location Rentals within 48 hours of incident.

  • We will mediate communication between host and guest to reach a fair resolution.

  • If unresolved, legal recourse may be pursued in accordance with local jurisdiction.
     

7. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

  • Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
     

8. Agreement Logging

  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions will be logged in our database at the time of booking, including date, time, and user identification.

  • This record serves as proof of agreement and may be referenced in the event of a dispute.
